Our congregation comes together before God under the leadership of Pastor Charles W. Radford. A passionate speaker, a beacon of knowledge, and a spiritual guide — we’re proud to call Pastor Radford our leader and a great example for all of our members. 

Pastor Charles W Radford was called into the ministry of preaching and teaching God’s word in 1992 and has been in the pastoral ministry since April 1994. He carries the unique responsibility of a dynamic congregation at the Fifth Ward Missionary Baptist Church, in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Pastor Radford is a native of Cadiz, Kentucky. He studied at Murray State University, Hopkinsville Community College, Southern Baptist Bible College, and Andersonville Theological Seminary, in which he earned his bachelor's degree in Theology. He achieved the honor of Magna Cumme Laude. 

An effective communicator of God’s word, Pastor Radford is widely known for his practical and dynamic preaching and teaching style, which helps people apply the timeless truths of scripture to our everyday lives. His all-time favorite scripture to share is 1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 

He and his wife, Kathy, have been married since 1986. They are the proud parents of two adult children, Sha Radford & Minister Justin Radford, who work alongside them in the ministry.
